Not to terribly bad, but I can tell I'm going to struggle down the line. The first couple of days the point of the program is to learn form and technique before really getting down and dirty with the moves. I'm nervous, not going to lie, but I'm excited about starting something new for my 28th (almost) year.
I have recorded my stats on an Excel Worksheet that I purchased that coordinates with the program so it will tell me how many inches I lose, how much weight I lose and the change in my body make up. I waited until after work to work out tonight, but soon (maybe tomorrow) I'm going to start working out in the morning. Wish me luck!
